Please read these Terms carefully before using this site. By accessing, you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide us with the e-commerce platform to offer products and services.

1.- Purpose and generalities.
Through this website, ELI1957 gives the possibility of purchasing and selling certain products, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale being applicable.
These terms operate as general clauses, without prejudice to the particular conditions that may be established for certain products and that will be known to the client prior to contracting.
Likewise, these conditions may be modified by ELI1957, the same being applicable to orders placed after the modifications come into force.
In any case, contracting through the website is directed to the end consumer and, therefore, the conditions stipulated herein are applicable when the acquirer holds said condition, by virtue of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Consequently, placing an order at ELI1957 implies acceptance by the customer of these conditions and, in addition, of the privacy policy.
2.- Information contained in the products.
Through the website, the customer will be able to access each product, which contains its characteristics and specifications (materials, care, sizes, discounts, special conditions, etc.).
The prices indicated for each product are expressed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to other taxes that may be applicable and that will be known to customers before the purchase completion process. Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force. In the case of orders placed by other EU countries, the applicable taxes in each case will be applicable, the amount of which will be known to customers before the purchase finalization process. In the case of purchases by consumers from outside the EU, they will be exempt from VAT taxation, without prejudice to the application of other corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force.
Product prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional services attached to the purchased product.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of obvious error. If ELI1957 discovers an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, you will be informed, giving you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
3.- Formalization of orders.
The products offered through the website may be purchased by individuals, either by registering on the website or by purchasing as a guest. Before placing the order and proceeding to payment, the customer will be able to check all the details of the order: items, prices, taxes, shipping costs, discounts and availability.
After formalizing the order, ELI1957 will confirm it by sending an email to the customer, with the details of the purchase made.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that, once formalized and reviewed by ELI1957, there is no availability of the desired product, the client will be notified in order to refund the amounts paid for those products that will not ultimately be delivered to the client as a result of lack of stock.
The customer will be able to check the status of their order, according to the instructions indicated in the email sent by ELI1957. For any additional information about the order, you can contact the company at info@eli1957.com.
4.-Delivery of orders.
Unless extraordinary circumstances occur, ELI1957 will try to send the order before the delivery date indicated in the order confirmation email. In any case, the maximum delivery period will be 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
However, in the case of product customization, or unforeseen circumstances, there could be delays in their shipment.
The “delivery” will be deemed to have occurred at the moment in which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires material possession of the products, which is accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the established delivery address.
If delivery is impossible, the shipment will be deposited in a safe place or, failing that, it will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, we will leave a note explaining where the order is located and instructions for having it sent again. In any case, after 15 days have elapsed since the order is available for delivery and has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to ELI1957, it will be understood that the customer withdraws from the contract and it will be considered resolved, and the amounts will be refunded, except for delivery costs.
The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5.- Means of payment.
The client may choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit card, requesting the card number, expiration date, security code and name of the owner.
- PayPal.
- Aplázame, by VISA or MasterCard card.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card will be encrypted.
By clicking on “Pay Now” you confirm that the card or payment method is yours or its legitimate holder.
6.- Return policy.
If the client has contracted as a consumer and user, he or she has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days, without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the goods. In the case of orders that are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

In case of withdrawal by the customer who purchases in Spain or a country in the European Union, the payments received for the products will be returned. including shipping costs, unless the customer, if they had several shipping options at the time of purchase, had not selected the least expensive one, and ELI1957 may retain the difference between the modality selected by the consumer and the least expensive one.[PO1]. In the case of withdrawal by consumers from other territories, only the payments received for the products will be returned.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ELI1957 will withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until you have presented proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. The refund will be made by the same payment method used by the client for the initial transaction.
The consumer will bear the direct costs of the return, including the transportation costs to return them to ELI1957.
The consumer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristic and functioning of the goods.
ELI1957, recommends that, if in doubt about the size of footwear to be selected, the consumer purchases several of them, being entitled to request a return within the established period of 14 calendar days, as stated above. Only in these cases - acquisition of several sizes of the same product with identical characteristics in the same order - will the consumer not bear the return costs, assuming the same ELI1957.
8.1.- Items that do not allow return.
The return of personalized products or those goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery will not be allowed.
Likewise, your right to withdraw will apply to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them, with no refunds for products that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, or those that are not in the conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered damage. You must deliver the product along with the receipt and original packaging and following the instructions determined by ELI1957 when processing the return.
You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as stated above.
8.2.- Returns of defective products.
If you consider that the product does not comply with what is stipulated in the contract, you must contact ELI1957, by email at info@eli1957.com . You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Once the products have been received, ELI1957 will examine the returned product and we will inform you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. In the case of products returned due to defects or defects, when they really exist, they will be fully refunded, including the costs to return them to ELI1957.
9.- Guarantees.
The legal guarantee of conformity for the goods offered on this website is regulated by the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the guarantee period for any new item will be 3 years, although after the first two years it is the customer who must prove that the problem presented by the item is an original defect and not wear and tear caused by the normal and correct use of the product.
10.- Partial nullity.
In the event of any condition or provision of these or other company policies, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of invalidity.
11.- Applicable rule and dispute resolution.
The use of our website and product purchase contracts through our website will be governed by Spanish legislation.
Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
If you contract as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that current legislation recognizes as such.
