We love this news, and we have fallen in love again with Princess Leonor wearing Mary-Janes from Papanatas for a special day.
Yesterday, Monday, February 3, 2020, the solemn opening ceremony of the XIV Spanish Legislature was held.
The royal family met at the event, with the Kings of Spain, Don Felipe and Doña Leticia, as well as Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía.
For the occasion, they dressed upon their arrival in elegant black coats.

Once inside the House of Commons, Princess Eleanor chose a tweed dress with a matching red jacket.
For her part, Infanta Sofía wore a white dress with a black checkered print, more informal and youthful.

PRINCESS LEONOR LUCE MARY-JANES PAPANATAS ON A SPECIAL DAY
Both Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía have already worn some of our Eli 1957 models on other special occasions.
In fact, last year during the Columbus Day holiday, both wore the same model in different color tones.
It was, without a doubt, a very important day, since Princess Leonor wore a recognized emblem for the first time.
It was the Golden Fleece, which symbolizes her status as Heir to the Crown.
We invite you to read the post that we dedicated to this event (click here to access).
Returning again to the images, the red Mary-Jane model that Princess Leonor wears, you can see that it is a super soft Mary-Jane shoe with a closure.
It incorporates a leather insole and its non-slip rubber sole provides the shoe with flexibility, safety and great comfort.
Like all the models of our brands, they are manufactured in Spain, following a careful artisanal process, with top quality materials.
It is important to keep in mind that they fit your actual size.
