Our website has 4 possible payment methods enabled: Credit card, Bizum, Paypal and Aplázame.
Returns
Any item sent can be returned up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Please request the return from your customer account. Go to the details of your order, select the model to be returned and write the reason. Click the red button REQUEST A RETURN and we will automatically receive the information. As confirmation, you will receive an email.

For orders from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the company Eli. With a maximum of 3 free returns every 6 months.
For orders outside mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
If the return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and the customs fees and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

The product will be checked once it arrives at our facilities and if it has not been used, the refund will be made in the same way that the customer paid for it. OUTLET (ARCHIVE SALES) products that are returned will not be refunded, a VOUCHER will be issued for the value of the order, with an expiration of 1 YEAR.
Regarding the period of admission of returns, everything will depend on the cause of the same. In this sense, if it is a shipping error or simply that the customer did not like the item once received, a period of 14 days from the date of receipt is established.
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from "ZAPATELI SL" within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all labels attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional product included. As when you received it, without having been used or manipulated.
It is important that when packaging the item, no damage is caused to the original packaging. In the event that it is returned without said original packaging or with damage, the amount to be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the amount corresponding to the condition of the returned product.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of withdrawal. OUTLET products that are returned will not be refunded, a VOUCHER will be issued for the value of the order.
If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and the customs costs and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product does not correspond to the order placed by the customer, "ZAPATELI SL" will bear all costs. No merchandise will be shipped until the item to be returned has been received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it is returned in perfect condition. Once we have contacted the customer, we will proceed to collect the product, completely free of charge, and the incident will be processed.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address Autovía A-31, km.53 (Vía servicio) 03400 Villena (Alicante) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exchanges
*Only applicable to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal:
A new order must be placed, indicating in the comments the Order Reference you wish to return.
We will send the new order with RETURN service, so that the transport agency will collect the package to be returned at the same time as the new one is delivered to you. The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories, if any. Once we receive it, it will be checked and if it is in good condition, the refund will be processed in the same way as it was paid.
*For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, the management must be done as a return, and a new order.

Delivery time
We ship every working day, for orders received before 3pm from Monday to Thursday, and before 1pm on Fridays.
The expected delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for the Peninsula and one more day for the Balearic Islands and Portugal; for the rest of the destinations the delivery time is about 3-4 working days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, and a very variable period for the other destinations, which will be communicated in due time in each case.
On the other hand, if this period is extended beyond the expected time, basically because the requested item is not available at that time (something we always try to avoid, but which sometimes happens) we will inform the customer of this circumstance, who may choose to wait that extra time or request a full refund of the amount paid.
Prices
All prices shown on our website include VAT.
For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992.
It is important to note in this section that the prices shown here are exclusive for online purchases and will not be applicable in any physical store where our products are distributed.
Legal regulations
Both the general conditions of sale and the use of this website are subject to the legislation in force in Spain on this matter.
Furthermore, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the sale is considered to have taken place in Alicante and, therefore, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts or Tribunals of the aforementioned capital for all purposes.
