RETURNS POLICY

• You have 14 calendar days to make your return from the delivery of the product.

• To request a return you can do it from your customer account. Enter the details of your order, select the model to return and write the reason. Click on the button REQUEST A RETURN and we will receive the information automatically. As confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow.

• Return conditions applicable as of May 12, 2025 at 17:00h (Mainland Spain)

From May 12, 2025 at 17:00 h, in case of return of the order, the consumer will bear     the direct costs arising from it, including the transport costs necessary to return the product to ELI1957.

In the event that the collection is managed by ELI1957, the amount corresponding to these costs will be deducted from the appropriate refund.

• In orders from mainland Spain, ELI1957, recommends that, when in doubt in the size to select footwear, the consumer purchases several of them, being entitled to request a refund within the established period of 14 calendar days, as set out above. Only in these cases - partial return or purchase of several sizes of the same product with identical characteristics in the same order, with shipping and return in mainland Spain -, the consumer will not bear the cost of return, assuming the same ELI1957.
• The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories if any. Once we receive it, it will be checked and if it is in good condition we will proceed to refund it in the same way it was paid. Once the product is received at our facilities, it will be reviewed and if it has not been used, it will be refunded in the same way the customer paid for it.

• In case you want to change one model for another or for the same model in another size or color, it is necessary to request the return of the purchased product and make a new purchase of the product you want.
