A cute pair of boots to help you enjoy your first experiences comfortably, warmly, and with style. Their elastic cut and fur detail make them as wearable as they are special! They look perfect with everything, from the most casual to the most dressed-up, and they'll be the perfect finishing touch ;) Made of high-quality, water-repellent cowhide suede with a leather toe cap. Absorbent and thermoregulating inner lining, and a breathable, antibacterial removable insole. Their color is super versatile, and their zipper closure makes them easy to slip on. Designed and handcrafted in Alicante with high-quality materials and with our special last to promote the safety and confidence of little feet taking their first steps, wide at the front to leave room for their toes. With a flat rubber sole, flexible and non-slip, yet resistant to any surface.

- You have 14 calendar days to make your return from the delivery of the product.
- To request a return you can do so from your customer account. Enter the details of your order, select the model to return and write the reason. Click the button REQUEST ONE RETURN and the information will reach us automatically. As confirmation, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
The consumer will assume the direct costs derived therefrom, including the transportation costs necessary to return the product to ELI1957.
If the collection is managed by ELI1957, the amount corresponding to said expenses will be deducted from the applicable refund.

- The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories, if any. Once we receive it, it will be reviewed and if it is in good condition, the refund will be made in the same way it was paid.

Care
Our products are made from exclusive materials. Any possible marks or color variations are characteristics that confirm the authenticity of the leather. Quality footwear, an investment in sustainability. Take care of them to enjoy them for a long time.

Clean with a dry cotton cloth and apply colorless or skin-tone waxes. Leather: For stains, clean with a microfiber cloth and micellar water. Subsequently, moisturize with matching polish or Nivea cream if we do not have the right color. Patent leather: Stains or scratches can be cleaned with milk. |
Suede/Nubuck/Seraje |
Clean with a soft brush or hard sponge. For larger stains, try using an eraser or cleaning with a microfiber cloth and cleaning vinegar, then cover the area with talcum powder and leave it for several days. Brush afterwards. If the stain is from a dark liquid (wine, blood,...) replace the cleaning vinegar with hydrogen peroxide. They can be protected with treatment sprays or dust repellents (water-repellent for mops). |
