RETURNS POLICY

  • You have 14 calendar days to make your return from the delivery of the product.
  • To request a return you can do it from your customer account. Enter the details of your order, select the model to return and write the reason. Click on the button REQUEST A RETURN and we will receive the information automatically. As confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow.

    The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including the necessary transport costs to return the product to ELI1957.

    If the collection is managed by ELI1957, the amount corresponding to these costs will be deducted from the applicable refund.

  • For orders within mainland Spain, ELI1957 recommends that, if in doubt about the size of footwear to select, the consumer purchase several sizes, with the right to request a return within the established period of 14 calendar days, as stated above. Only in these cases—partial return or purchase of several sizes of the same product with identical characteristics in the same order, with shipping and return within mainland Spain—will the consumer not be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be covered by ELI1957.
  • The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories, if applicable. Once we receive it, it will be inspected and, if it is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund in the same manner as it was paid. Once the product is received at our facilities, it will be inspected and, if it has not been used, we will proceed with the refund in the same manner as the customer paid for it.

  • If you wish to exchange one model for another or for the same model in a different size or color, you must request a return of the purchased product and make a new purchase of the product you want.
