RETURN POLICY

• You have 14 calendar days to make your return from the delivery of the product.
• To request a return you can do so from your customer account. Enter the details of your order, select the model to return and write the reason. Click the button REQUEST ONE RETURN and the information will reach us automatically. As confirmation, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow.

  The consumer will assume the direct costs derived therefrom, including the transportation costs necessary to return the product to ELI1957.

  If the collection is managed by ELI1957, the amount corresponding to said expenses will be deducted from the applicable refund.

• The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories, if any. Once we receive it, it will be reviewed and if it is in good condition, the refund will be made in the same way it was paid.

• If you want to change one model for another or for the same model in another size or color, it is necessary request refund of the purchased product and make a new purchase of the product you want.
