THE CONCEPT SIBARITAS, PROTAGONIST OF THE NEW AUTUMN/WINTER SEASON

In the midst of this exciting staging of our collections, we want to talk to you about the concept Sibaritas, protagonist of the new autumn/winter season.

Sibaritas It is our most recent brand, as we already told you in a previous post dedicated to the reason for its origin (click here to read).

Recovering the essence of concept under which it was created, we wanted to focus this new autumn/winter campaign with very inspiring nuances in an environment where haute cuisine is perfectly associated with the product on a creative level.

The name Sibaritas comes from an ancient Greek colony called Sybaris, located in the Ionian Sea, which reached a time of splendor capable of forever marking its inhabitants, thesibaritas, thanks to his taste for luxury.

For the development of the campaign, we have had the presence of a renowned chef, Cristian Palacio, in charge of the kitchens of a very charming restaurant like Barahonda, located in the Murcian town of Yecla.

Located in a privileged environment, surrounded by vineyards, Barahonda Restaurant It is in the heart of the winery of the same name, standing out for its avant-garde and high-quality cuisine.

Cristian Palacio It constantly innovates with dishes that leave no one indifferent, full of flavor and always with a very careful aesthetic that shows its great know-how.

In the campaign image, we see Cristian playing with some of his kitchen elements and how, using liquid nitrogen, he gives the finishing touches to one of the models from our brand's new collection. Sibaritas.

Pure creativity conceptual that will be reflected throughout the season in all the images of the rest of the models. Sibaritas.

Even Cristian Palacio has created a new dish that has been incorporated into the Barahonda Restaurant menu, thanks to this collaboration.

It is a dessert that has been called «Tonka Bean Bavarois with Chocolate Textures» which is a real delight and which we will show you soon.
